Derry City and Strabane District Council is preparing a Physical Activity, Wellbeing & Sport Strategy for the period 2022-2027. We are seeking input from residents, Sports Providers and the Education Sector through the completion of the below short surveys. Completed surveys will be entered into a draw.

Community survey for individuals/residents
This survey is for individuals and residents. Completing it will get you thinking about the importance of being active and how active you are at the moment.

We are delighted to be delivering an online consultation project for Ards and North Down Borough Council, Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council and Newry Mourne and Down District Council.

Each council aims to be ‘Age Friendly’ and ‘Your Age, Your Community, Your Opinion’ will help them better understand life in local communities for residents over 50. If you are in this age bracket, they invite you to share your experiences and your concerns to help identify where public services can be improved to better meet your needs.

They’ll learn about fundamental movement skills,, performance analysis, the role of the sports coach, leadership and Good Relations. They’ll also come away with a Dodge Ball coaching award.”
