Our Story
Greenlight Gateway is a Registered Charity Organisation that provides support and training to adult’s with mild to moderate learning disabilities, in the Causeway Coast and Glens area. Training programmes have been developed to provide our members with the necessary skills in order to seek employment. We provide training in Horticulture, Woodwork/Joinery, Catering and Recycling. Greenlight Gateway also provide social opportunities for our members as well as those who are not registered within the employment programme.
Our Garden Centre is Located at Causeway Enterprise Centre and is more than just a garden centre. We offer a range of plants, shrubs and seeds as well as expert and enthusiastic advice and guidance to our customers and visitors. The Garden Centre is also where our staff and trainees design and create a wide range of woodwork projects.
All of our bedded plant boxes, hanging baskets, shrubs and window boxes as well as woodwork designs are prepared and built by our trainees and are available to purchase for the general Public. Why not come along and see what we have to offer?? I trust, you will not be disappointed!!
Our Charity shop “Castle Charity Shop” is located at 35 Castle Street, Ballycastle offers a range of new and high quality previously loved clothing, shoes and accessories for sale to the general public.
