Treasure found in a pocket of a black hoodie upstairs in the attic. I felt something in one pocket and it was this tiny seashell so I reached into the other and found a small corner of the pocket filled with a wee bit of sand.
The last time I wore this had to be 2011 when Brigid Williams and I volunteered ar Corrymeela in Ballycastle.
I have been missing Ireland so badly, especially the north. It is just a few grains of sand and a little shell but it feels like a gift from home.
