Are you a deaf or hard of hearing young person? We want to find out your views.

SignHealth is working with the NSPCC to find out:
How easy is it for deaf children and young people to use NSPCC services like Childline and Deaf Zone?

Your answers will help make NSPCC support more deaf-friendly and accessible.

Your views matter. Let’s make things better for deaf young people.

Take the survey here: www.signhealth.org.uk/health-wellbeing/nspcc-and-signhealth-2/

Deaf young people, we need your views! The NSPCC wants to improve their services for deaf children and young people, but they need to understand what works and what doesn’t.

This is your chance to tell them:

Is it easy to find support?
Do their videos have captions or BSL?
Do staff understand deaf young people?
What needs to change?

Your answers will help make NSPCC safer and more accessible in the future.

We are thrilled to announce that we've received funding from the Digital Inclusion Innovation Fund, supported by the Department of Science, Innovation, and Technology!

Our mission is to support those in the deaf community who face challenges accessing online health services like the NHS app and NHS 111 VRS. We will be visiting nine regions across England to deliver the Deaf Health Roadshow, focusing on improving digital access to healthcare for everyone in our community.

This initiative is open to all, and we can't wait to see you there! For more information, check out this link: https://signhealth.org.uk/with-deaf-people/deaf-health-roadshow/

*Please share with deaf young people under 25*
SignHealth is working with the NSPCC to understand how accessible their services are for deaf children and young people.
Have you ever used Childline , Deaf Zone, or NSPCC school services?
Or never used them but want to share why?
Take our short, anonymous survey (5–10 minutes) to help improve:
- BSL access
- Deaf friendly communication
- Safe, accessible support
You don’t have to answer every question. Support is available if anything feels upsetting.
