Yesterday, we welcomed back the wonderful BrioneYoga to our home to do some stretches and armchair based yoga. Afterwards, we had a relaxing session of meditation. 🌿🧘🏻

Additionally, it was wonderful to see Mike and his Therapy Dog (Walter) again. We're thankful to Therapy Dogs Nationwide for their visits, they always brighten our day. πŸΆβ‹†ΛšπŸΎΛ–Β°

Last week, we had our Thursday weekly Pub Night with our brilliant entertainer. πŸŽΆπŸ’ƒπŸŒƒ

There was a massive turnout as everybody gathered around to enjoy a tasty beverage, listen to music and sing along together!!

"Come fly with me, let's fly, let's fly away"🍍🌸🏝️

Today we were transported during our Armchair Exercises & Gaming session. We grabbed our beanbags and foam Jumbo Jet, aiming them at the country they wished to visit.

If participants hit the target, they collected photos from that destination, earning points for each one. The resident who gathered the most points was then crowned the winner!!πŸ†
We enjoyed the jolly atmosphere, and it was also a great opportunity to share stories of places we've visited whilst on holiday.
