If you're going through a tough time, or just want a safe space to talk, our groups are here for you.

Every Monday 7-9pm (excluding bank holidays), for any man 18+. A free, non-judgemental space to have a brew & a chat.

Andys Man Club Bacup welcomed 19 men through the doors last night, with two of those men coming to the group for the first time.

A great night was had by all, some good laughs and some good shares.

We were even kindly gifted some cake by Nava Accountancy… we really appreciate the support and your kindness.

No matter which of our 360+ groups you attend, friendly facilitators will always be there to welcome you at the door, explain how the session runs and make sure you know where to find the brews and biscuits. ❤️

Andys Man Club Bacup welcomed 23 Men last night with 3 of those men attending for the very first time.

That’s 23 men who got the opposite of “cold feet”.

That’s 23 men who chose to sit and talk, share problems, offer advice and leave feeling lighter.

We are at The Circle Bacup every Monday (excluding bank holidays) 7pm while 9pm.

Ever seen one of these out and about and wondered what actually happens at ANDYSMANCLUB?

When you arrive, one of our friendly facilitators will welcome you in and show you where to grab a brew and a biscuit.

The session then follows a simple 5 question format. The first three are always the same:

How’s your week been?
One positive from your week?
Anything to get off your chest?

We’ll then usually have a short break before finishing with two questions that might be funny, inspirational or thought provoking, sometimes as simple as “what’s your favourite sandwich?”

We pass a talking ball around the group so there’s never any pressure to talk. If you’re not ready, you can simply pass it on.

That’s it. No booking, no referrals and no pressure.

Just a room full of men, a brew, and a safe space to talk.

Every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays) for any man 18+ 👌

What a great night had by all, some good conversation, some good advice and more importantly, some good biscuits.

Andys Man Club Bacup welcomed 21 men to our group last night.

All of these men were regular users of the group.

A great session, some good things shared and most importantly a good laugh was had.

From fairies to window cleaners and everything in between.
