Thursday Lunch Club is at Marl Pits this Thursday for Dementia Friendly Rossendale winter lunch.

Here comes winter...... We had a buffet lunch at Thursday Lunch Club and with Bacup Fellowship of Churches Charity Shops, Market Street gave everyone the opportunity to buy a new winter jumper for only £2 or a Christmas jumper for only £3.
Next month we will do it all again with Billingtons Outside Catering and Christmas jumpers.

We are a local, community charity run by 5 local trustees, based in Bacup Community Centre. (formerly ABD Centre) We have run various community projects over the years and in 2017 started a weekly dementia cafe which has grown and morphed into Thursday Lunch Club (TLC). Now housed in Bacup Community Centre from 12:15pm every Thursday.

We had a lovely time with lovely weather at our Thursday Lunch Club garden party, thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund .

It's our annual garden party tomorrow for Thursday Lunch Club, courtesy of The National Lottery Community Fund lunch tastes better in a garden and the scenery is lovely.
Back to Bacup Community Centre next Thursday.
