Thank you to Paul McLennan MSP and the MSPs from across the political spectrum who supported his motion marking World Homelessness Day.

The motion recognises that homelessness is driven by a range of interconnected challenges, including poor mental health, domestic abuse, substance dependency and a lack of supported accommodation, and highlights the importance of investing in prevention.

We're honoured that the motion commends Cyrenians' work tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness. More importantly, we're encouraged by its recognition that achieving lasting change will require partnership between government, local authorities, the third sector, communities and people with lived experience.

Carers Gateway South Ayrshire is delighted to announce that we have just 11 places remaining for our Wellness for Carers in Education and Employment Fund! 🌸

We know how important it is for carers to take time for their own wellbeing.

That's why we're offering eligible carers £100 towards a wellness treatment of their choice, such as a relaxing massage or holistic therapy. 💆‍♀️✨

Who can apply? 💚

You must be:
In education or employment
An unpaid carer living in South Ayrshire
Registered with Carers Gateway South Ayrshire
