✨ A Little Reminder to All Our Lovely Clients ✨
As always, we'd like to thank you for your continued support of Glitz & Gleam. ❤️
We just wanted to make everyone aware of something regarding regular cleaning appointments.
If you've changed your cleaning schedule from weekly to fortnightly, fortnightly to every three weeks, or every three weeks to every four weeks, please bear in mind that more time is often needed to achieve the same standard of clean.
Our prices are kept as low and competitive as possible and are based on the agreed cleaning schedule and the time allocated for your visit. If areas haven't been kept on top of between cleans, or you'd like additional tasks completed that take us beyond the allocated time, these will be charged as an extra.
Please also remember that every home is different. Some cleans take around 1 hour, others 1.5 hours, and some 2 hours or more, depending on the size of the property, the condition, and what's required on the day.
One final little request – please don't pre-spray surfaces or products before we arrive, unless it's something specific like treating mould in a shower. Pre-spraying often means we have to spend extra time removing dried-on cleaning products before we can begin cleaning properly, which actually creates more work rather than saving time.
