Thank goodness the sun has made a welcoming return, might not be as warm but I’ll take the bit of blue sky!

Another full shop today but we are running low on both boy and girl toys especially dolls prams and dinosaurs 🦕
If anyone doing a clear out we would really appreciate anything you would like to donate xx

Van has arrived!!!!!

We have a few spaces next week before I go on holiday for collections .
At the moment we’re only collecting large items such as buggy’s/toy kitchens highchairs , dolls houses and coupe cars.

To all our volunteers

Thank you!! Without this amazing team of ladies (and Graeme) this shop wouldn’t be able to run. From our Lorraine who makes up all our mystery bags /jewellery and nappy cakes and uses her house as a storage area.
Oor Wilma aka my mum, Sheila and tayna who sort through all our clothes and make up bundles ,my dad’s lost his garage as it’s now mums sorting house.
Linda who is our toy expert and always stays late to get tidied up
Audrey who come up with some great idea on how to make things easier
Graeme who loves to serve at the till
And finally Oor Carol the TikTok pensioner 😂😂😂😂 who just loves to talk to all our customers .

These people make the shop what it is ❤️

MAY FUNDING 🥳🥳🥳

This month our shop profits have helped the following groups/CICs/charites

HAZELS HIGH NOTES £300

Hazel set up these classes after her own experience of postnatal depression and psychosis and realising there were no support groups in Ayrshire.

Using her background in music and working with families she set up these classes to offer peer support with chat, tea/coffee and biscuits. And then a structured music session to follow to encourage positive maternal and infant mental health and nurture the relationship between caregivers and their little ones.

2012s Ayr Rugby Club. £250

This was to help them with fundraising for their tour next year and so help give the boys a treat for their end of year prize giving

NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN

£500

Still an amazing cause these guys will receive funding from us every month as I know how much time it takes and donations needed to help kids and families at Christmas time

After weeks of waiting our van will finally arrive next week. Unfortunately it’s just before I go on holiday 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ but from week commencing the 22nd June we will be doing pick ups for larger items only
Such as prams/buggys highchairs . We will also be able to offer delivery of larger items as well.
Unfortunately we will not be doing clothes pick ups
