The wonderful Tropic skincare range is fast becoming a Brill Market favourite - and their Christmas stall promises to be even more gorgeous than usual. Here's Charlotte to tell us more:

"I’m so excited to bring my Tropic stall to the lovely Brill Christmas Market for another year. I’ll have all of the gifting collections for you to test out and smell PLUS the newly-launched unisex TROPIC PERFUME! Completely natural (of course) and encapsulating all the best scents from the Tropic range. Let me help you solve your Christmas gift dilemmas … even if it’s YOU who doesn’t know what you want! x 🤶🏼

Rest assured that Jane Varney will be at the Christmas Market on Saturday afternoon keeping us going with her delicious home cooking. Here's Jane to tell us more:

"I'll be serving Bucks Butchers Banger sausages and Traditional German Bratwurst sausages, both served in a soft pretzel bun with a choice of toppings including caramelised red onions, crispy onions, pickled red onions, gherkins and (not to be missed!) my spiced Christmas slaw - plus a delicious dollop of my homemade curry or ketchup sauce. I'll also bring along a selections of edible handmade stocking fillers - and my famous mini Christmas cakes."

"I can't wait to see everyone on Saturday! I was going to be cooking outside as usual but the forecast is a bit rough so I'll be serving in the Memorial Hall."

Just three sleeps to go until the Brill Christmas Market. 🎁🎄🎅🏼

We're excited to welcome several stalls selling original artwork to this year's Market - including Brill's very own artist Rebecca Small, aka Ophelia Rose. Bec will have a table in the Hall - plus an open studio upstairs in the same building. Here's Bec describing her work:

"I’m a self-taught abstract artist that re-visited brushes and began painting regularly in 2022. In 2023 I created a studio in Brill and now offer work on commission, canvas, framed originals, prints, and merchandise incorporating our Ophelia Rose brand name. My work is extremely varied, but mostly focuses on the use of acrylic paint and mixed media around that."

Only SIX days to go until Brill Christmas Market. Are you as excited as we are?!

When we were planning the Market we decided that it was very important to continue the ethos of the monthly Community Market and welcome stalls selling goods in aid of charities, whether local or further afield.

One of several charity stall next Saturday will be run by Chell is aid of Bucks Youth 2gether. Bucks Youth 2gether works to improve acceptance of young people with dyslexia and other "invisible disabilities", bring people together and promote quality leisure activities.

Chell will bring along a wonderful range of toys, homeware, quality bric-à-brac and pre-loved designer clothes. You'll find her in the Memorial Hall.

Just 10 days until Brill Christmas Market! Time to meet some of our stallholders.

Charlotte will be in the church with her banner and table of glossy brochures. Forget going down internet rabbit holes or finding a high street travel agent (are there any left?)! Don't worry about deals and discounts and fear that something better may be just round the corner; come along and talk to a real-life, local travel agent who knows her stuff, has time to talk - and really wants to help YOU plan your best-ever holiday adventure! 🧳🌴✈️⛵️🍹

Can you believe it? Less than a month to Brill Christmas Market! Here's a preview of our poster; our sincere thanks to Liz Whiteman's family for letting us use Liz's lovely artwork for this very special Brill event.

PS We're already expected over 25 stalls - but could probably squeeze in a couple more, if needs be. If you're interested, please take a look at the Market page on the Brill Parish Council & Community website [https://www.brillparishcouncil.co.uk/brill-community-market] and then email Hannah ASAP [[email protected]].
