We are looking to start up a Highlands And Islands Regional Scouting Pipe Band.
We would meet a few times a year at the Avoch Sea Scout Centre.
The aim would be to allow Young People the opportunity of playing in a pipe band and being able to attend events!
We need your help to make this happen. We are looking for Adults in scouting, or people willing to join us, who wish to instruct young people in all aspects. We also need young people. No matter the ability!
