Finally got this little (well actually 3.5 meters - it was heavy!) tree up today with the lights on 🎄🎄🎄 Many thanks to Margo and the Tickhill & District Lions who donated £150 towards this tree for the village 🙏🙏 …. also to Bawtry Carbon Limited for letting us use their land and electricity….. also to Home Farm & Lodge for supplying the lights….. also to John Gillies Landscapes for the usual expert advise and basically planting the thing!

Thanks 🙏 to our volunteers today (especially the little ones 😊) …. Wildflowers seeds for shady areas sown (and watered 💦) at Bawtry Carbon, Austerfield Study Centre and along Low Common Lane. Fingers crossed 🤞 for a lovely display in the summer. Thanks to Sandall Park for donating the seeds 👍👍 Also cleared and tidied a couple of the village benches.

What a beautiful day🌤🌤 ,… if you have a hour or two to spare this afternoon we’ll be sowing wild flower seed, tidying flowers beds and seating areas.… come along and join us 😊 meet 2pm at the church gates 👍
