This means you are a parent or guardian who provides extra, unpaid support to your child of any age due to a disability, long term illness, mental health needs, neurodiversity or addiction, beyond what is typically expected for their age.
Parent Pause is a friendly drop in session where you can take a breather, enjoy a cuppa, have a chat and connect with other parents who truly understand.

Looking for a gentle way to move, chat and enjoy the outdoors? We have not one, but two weekly walks starting from Glencorse Centre.
👣 Carers Walk
Every Tuesday at 10.30am
A relaxed and supportive walk exclusively for carers. A chance to connect with others who understand, share a chat and take a well deserved breather.
🌿 Walk & Talk
Every Thursday at 10.30am
Open to everyone. Come along for fresh air, friendly faces and a gentle stroll around our beautiful surroundings.
Both walks start from Glencorse Centre. No booking required, just turn up and join in.
And afterwards, why not enjoy a coffee at Two Pines and a good blether ☕💬

🌈 Kiddie Connections at Glencorse Centre 🌈

Looking for a relaxed and friendly space for you and your little ones? Come along to Kiddie Connections, our welcoming weekly playgroup for babies and toddlers.

🧸 Every Wednesday
⏰ 10:45am to 12:15pm

There’s plenty for little ones to enjoy, from toys and slides to sand and water play. It’s a great chance for children to explore and make new friends, while parents and carers can unwind with a cuppa and a chat.

💛 Free to attend, with an optional £2 donation per child to help support the group

This is a volunteer run group, so any help with setting up or tidying away is always appreciated.
