Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday, the Epic Hope mental health crisis lounge. Support for all mental health needs and su***de prevention
Saturday is 12-6pm, 3-11pm on the other days Mondays as well 4-11pm

RIPPLES GROUP

First Wednesday of every month, 7 - 9pm.

Peer support group for anyone with a loved one either in recovery or still in addiction.

Drop in and have a chat, you’re under no obligation to stay for 2 hours, stay as long as you are comfortable, meet other people who can maybe help you understand how your loved one acts and reacts, both in recovery and addiction.

It’s a confidential group, nothing said is discussed outside. We’re a very relaxed group in a safe place, you don’t need to talk unless you want to. Just listen to others and know you’re not alone.
