We loved hosting a small gathering yesterday to kickstart Pressed for Good 🎉 thank you to everyone who came along to join us on our journey of juice! 🍏

We'll share more highlights from the day soon, but we just wanted to say huge thank yous to Paul Cowley for being our special guest, to Rachel Taylor MP and her partner Dawn, Josh from North Warwickshire Borough Council, lots of the volunteers keep Atherstone Adders Hockey Club scoring, and Ediblelinks going, Aleeya from Strive to Succeed, friends from our local churches, scouts, Atherstone Hat Pins WI and neighbours, friends and family who came along to find out more about our plans to rescue fruit and create great ciders and juices.

Join Warwickshire Police for a Community Walk.

Sunday 19th July
3pm
Meeting at Market Square, Atherstone

Make the most of the lovely weather and enjoy a friendly walk in the sunshine. Whether you're coming on your own or with friends, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Dogs are welcome too – please remember to check the temperature before attending to ensure your pet can walk safely.

The walk is approximately 2 miles, suitable for all abilities, and will finish back at the starting point.

Open to all women and girls who live or work in Warwickshire. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Warwickshire Police will also be providing personal safety products and look forward to meeting you.

Due to the high temperatures forecast this week, our bin collection crews will begin collections earlier than usual.

Please put your bins out by 6am on your collection day, from Wednesday 8 July to Friday 10 July.

Ridge Lane Recreation Ground Update:

The fencing will be taken down and removed on the 1st July.

Following the removal of the fencing, the Grounds team will be on site on the 2nd July to mow and strim the grass.
