🚨 SEND HELP. 🚨
(Volunteers preferred.)
Shakers HQ is growing, and so is the noise level. 😆
We're looking for a few more volunteers to join our team.
You don't need experience in youth work.
You don't need superpowers.
You don't even need to know what you're doing all the time (most of us are making it up as we go along 🤫).
What you do need is:
💜 A sense of humour
💜 Patience
💜 The ability to survive a room full of teenagers
💜 A willingness to join in with games, crafts, pool, challenges and the occasional organised chaos
One minute you'll be helping with burgers, the next you'll be looking for someone's missing shoe, mediating a debate about absolutely nothing, or being beaten at pool by a 13-year-old.
It's busy.
It's noisy.
It's unpredictable.
And we absolutely love it.
