Happy Children's mental health week

The Women's centre will he hosting an information workshop from kooth and qwell which are both services that provide free mental health support for children , young adults and adults.
If you , your children or anyone else you know needs mental health support come to the Women's centre this Friday and get to learn more about the services.

Hello from the Women's centre!
For the next two Fridays the Women's centre will be having a play date in the park for mums and their children.
It will be facilitated by the early attachment team and a member of staff from the Women's centre.

Its an opportunity to have a fun time with your children while learning about modelling good behaviour.

It will be at Oxford Park from 10:30am , we'll be by the entrance.
