Led by the Wild is a Community Interest Company set up by its four directors who have a wide combined skill set from teaching to farming from research to funding and a shared ambition to show how learning through nature can benefit individuals from all walks of life.
The roots of our enterprise and at the heart of our organisation, is the aim to engage children and parents in nature-led learning, creativity and wellbeing activities held at our beautiful outdoor site “White Woods Farm’.
We already run a weekly toddler group, Tree Tots, which is held in the forest and provides a range of open ended-play opportunities for the under fives. Over the next few months we will begin to offer storytelling, forest school classes for children of different ages and wellbeing meets for parents.
Follow our journey as we develop the beautiful setting of Whites Wood Farm and its woodland into a place of learning, discovery, play and curiosity, inspiring a lifelong love of the natural world.
