🎉 Five Years of Singleton WI — in Your Words! 🎉
At our 5th Birthday Meeting, we asked members to jot down the words that describe Singleton WI.
The results were joyful, heartfelt, and wonderfully “us”.
We gathered them into a word cloud to celebrate everything we’ve built together — friendship, laughter, crafts, learning, support, and a whole lot of fun.

Our September Meeting is NEXT THURSDAY whilst that means we are in another month, it will be incredible to see you all and join in some amazing craft activities with Gini. The competition is Bring Something Colourful. So the world is your oyster.

You dont need to book on eventbrite this month due to a technical issue. So just turn up. If you have a friend who may enjoy the Wi then why not bring them along too. £5 per person. Same applies if you are a member of another WI and fancy coming to see what we are all about.

A lovely day was had by ladies of Singleton WI at The Big Lunch hosted by Great Chart with Singleton Parish Council today. The weather was sunny but breezy!!!! Which then involved the ingenuity of our ladies to keep our table full. I hope you enjoy photos of our stall.

A couple of our members were also helping out on other stalls so those have slipped in too.

🎉 5 YEARS OF SINGLETON WI! 🎉
Happy 5th Birthday to us! 🎂 It’s been exactly five years since we formed our wonderful group, and what a brilliant journey it has been.
From incredible craft workshops and fascinating speakers to fantastic outings, delicious food, and endless fun, we’ve made so many amazing memories together. 🌳✨
Thank you to all of our incredible members for making Singleton WI such a special community. We can't wait to see what the next 5 years bring! 🥂❤️

🎉 It’s Time for Our 5th Birthday Surprise Meeting! 🎉

We’re five years old - can you believe it? And in true Singleton WI style, we’re keeping the details of the evening tucked firmly under our hats… because a little mystery makes it far more fun.
Trust us, you won’t want to miss this one.

A huge thank you to Hannah Morris, whose spark and energy started this fabulous group in the first place. 💚

🥗 Food to Share
This month we’re having a bring‑something‑to‑share table.
Aim for enough for around 4 people - savoury or sweet, homemade or shop‑bought, whatever works for you. Show off a favourite recipe or grab something on the way; it’s all welcome.

🧁 Competition: Decorated Cupcake
Bring one decorated cupcake for judging - it’s all about the decoration, so let your imagination go wild.
What will be on yours…

🍹 Drinks
Feel free to bring soft drinks… or not‑so‑soft drinks if you fancy making the evening extra fun.
Tea and coffee will be available as always.
(If you prefer a proper glass, bring one along - we do have the IKEA plastic ones!)
