On 19th June we have Paul Probert coming to Ashby St Ledgers Village Hall to talk about his work. Paul is a registered Therapist, offering Cognitive Hypnotherapy, the ‘Mindfulness Now’ Programme and 1 to 1 Cognitive Coaching.

The Title of the Talk is ' Becoming a healthier and happier you'; he invites you to discover how mindful life coaching can help you enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation using a combination of mindfulness and cognitive strategies.

Paul works with clients presenting with a variety of issues, including:
* Addictions/Dependency.
* Phobias.
* Anxiety/Panic attacks.
* Confidence/Self-esteem.
* Chronic Pain Management.
* Weight Loss.
* Motivation.

The Village Hall Committee would like to invite you to an evening of fashion on Thursday 20 March!
There will be a fashion show and the opportunity (but no obligation) to purchase new season ladies fashion and accessories.
Doors will open at 7pm with the show starting from 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 and include a welcome glass of Prosecco. Payment can be taken on the door (cash or card).
