🎪 CALLING LOCAL STALL HOLDERS 🎪

We’re looking for brilliant local businesses, makers, creators, food vendors, game stalls, crafters, clothing sellers & more to join us at our Ashbury Primary “Glashtonbury” summer festival on Thursday 9th July 🎶✨

We’d love to fill the event with amazing local talent, creativity and community spirit.

Stall fee is just £15 plus a small raffle prize donation to help support the school PTA 💚

🚨 IT’S BACK… and this year we’re going FULL FESTIVAL MODE 🚨🎶☀️

Introducing… GLASHTONBURY FESTIVAL 2026! 🌈🎤🍔

⏰ From 3pm onwards
📍 Ashbury Primary School Field

We’re turning the school field into a mini festival celebrating the amazing talent of Ashbury Primary and our wider local community 💛

There’ll be:
🎵 Live music & performances
🎤 Open mic slots
🍰 Food, drinks & stalls
🎟️ Raffle prizes
🎉 Games, fun & festival vibes

This is one of our biggest fundraising events of the year, so we’d LOVE your help spreading the word.

The more people who come, the more money we raise for the children and the school 🙌

✨ School Maintenance Day – Community Help Needed! ✨

Is anyone in our wonderful local community able to please lend a hand and help us make our fabulous school sparkle?

📅 Monday 4th May
⏰ From 9:00am

If you have any spare time at all, we would be incredibly grateful for help with:

🎨 Painting
🌱 Weeding and tidying outdoor areas

🪟 Window cleaning

🔫 Jet washing
🚗 Dump runs
🧹 Any other small jobs that help freshen up the school

Whether you can stay for an hour or the whole morning, every bit of help makes a huge difference and is very much appreciated.

Did you know it’s the children in the school council who host the auditions and decide who goes into the final?

Move over Simon Cowell, these kids really know what the audience likes.

ASHBURY'S GOT TALENT IS BACK!!

Whether it’s singing, dancing, magic tricks, comedy, musical performances, or something completely unique, we can't wait to see our wonderfully talented pupils audition.

Taking part in Ashbury's Got Talent isn’t just fun, it’s incredibly valuable for children too. It helps build confidence, encourages creativity, strengthens resilience, and gives them a chance to celebrate what makes them special.

So get practicing, Ashbury stars…this is your moment!

In French, Miss Magill read Ridgeway class a lovely Christmas story called 'Countdown to Christmas'. They amazed us with how many words they were able to translate! It was lovely to watch their faces light up as they recognised new vocabulary and made connections. 🇫🇷 🎅
