Sleep plays a vital role in focus, energy, mood and resilience, all things that matter in busy hospitality environments.

When teams are dealing with long hours, irregular shifts, physical demands and pressure, rest and recovery can easily be affected. Over time, this can impact wellbeing, performance and the ability to cope at work.

Our guide, Supporting Better Sleep for Hospitality Teams, explores why sleep matters for hospitality businesses and how employers and managers can support healthier routines across their teams.

With practical advice on shift work, stress, fatigue and recovery, it’s designed to help teams feel better, work well and thrive. Download the guide and find out more: https://www.licensedtradecharity.org.uk/ltc-sleep-guide/

Only 20% of employees are very satisfied with the mental health and stress support available at work.

That doesn’t mean support isn’t there. It means we need to make it clearer, easier to access and better connected to the realities of working in licensed hospitality.

Our latest Wellbeing at Work Research explores what teams need, what employers can do, and why wellbeing must be part of everyday business.
