We offer volunteers for events and festivals and can help with disability access. Some of our volunte and of course your free entry wristband).

Green Machine Events provides volunteers to festivals and gives disabled or disadvantaged people the same chances in life as everyone else. All our teams whatever we are doing will have at least 40% disabled or disadvantaged people doing the same jobs as the rest of team and just as well!! Started in 2009 at Reading Festival, Green Machine Events has a team of people who volunteer to work at festi

vals in return for the usual festival volunteering perks (nice toilets and showers are always a bonus!! In 2018 over 200 people volunteered at 5 Festivals including Reading , Latitude, Teddy Rocks and others

Our ethos is simple “To introduce sustainability and minimum landfill to all events whilst giving accessibility and equality to all”

We can help your company/event whether it is supplying volunteers for recycling, stewarding or other event duties. we also do disability access studies

The Festival Green Machine Story

Festival Green Machine provides volunteers to festivals and gives disabled or disadvantaged people the same chances in life as everyone else. All our teams whatever we are doing are mixed ability and we turn our hands to most things. Started in 2009 at Reading Festival, Festival Green Machine has a team of people who volunteer to work at festivals in return for the usual festival volunteering perks (nice toilets and showers are always a bonus!! and of course your free entry wristband). In 2019 we celebrated 10 years and have provided over 900 volunteers to 50 + festivals.

We have also provided disabled access advice to festivals and completed disabled access /camping surveys, reports and recommendations. Our ethos is simple “To introduce sustainability and minimum landfill to all events whilst giving accessibility and equality to all” Our philosophy is “Reduce, Reuse, Respect” We can help your company/event whether it is supplying volunteers for recycling, stewarding or advice and surveys on disability access.
