You don’t need to know any languages, but if you’re willing you might just learn during your experience! 🗣️ Our volunteers are often amazed by how much of their host country’s language they pick up along the way. Felix certainly was! 😄

Some of our Volunteers in Ghana have started a girls club at their school 💛
Like our Volunteers in Anyako previously, they noticed a gap in the curriculum around women’s health - and wanted to create a space where the girls could learn, ask questions, and feel supported.

“The girls were so open, mature and willing to participate. We had loads taking notes and so many questions in the box… it was such an amazing start and we can’t wait for the next five weeks!”

It’s already bringing Volunteers and students together and building a really special sense of community ✨
