90 km to Boryslav: Pizza, art, and boundless joy! 🍕🎨✨

We’ve been baking for the kids again! 🍕✨
On Wednesday, the HopeFull team traveled about 90 km from Lviv toward the Carpathians to visit the town of Boryslav.

Over 300 students from the local arts boarding school were absolutely thrilled to enjoy fresh, hot pizza and refreshing lemonade right on campus!

Our journey didn’t stop there. We were also so happy to bring treats and smiles to the wonderful children at two nearby centers:

🌟 “Harmoniia” Multidisciplinary Educational and Rehabilitation Center

🏡 “Dobre Zhyttia” (Good Life) Rehabilitation Center

And for the kids who couldn’t join the gathering in person? We packed up extra fresh pizzas and delivered them right to their doorsteps so nobody missed out. Seeing their boundless joy and excitement is what these missions are all about. 💚

We are deeply grateful to HopeFull for the opportunity to make the world a little brighter and tastier—even in towns far from home! 🙏💚❤️

“We’ve been waiting for you!” ❤️

It’s hard to imagine anything more beautiful than hearing these words from soldiers when you visit them in the hospital.

Hospital days can be long—four walls, treatment, and slow hours. Sometimes, what matters most is simply having someone come by. Someone who brings hot pizza and treats, yes, but also a smile, a hug, a handshake, and a quiet moment to sit down and ask, “How are you?”

During our latest hospital visit, we were welcomed by both familiar faces and new friends. What makes us happiest isn’t just how quickly the hot slices disappear 😊, but how faces light up when they realize someone came especially to see them.

“We’ve been waiting for you!”

Those words stay in our hearts. And when someone is waiting for you, what else can you do? You come back. ❤️

Returning to our soldiers is about much more than food—it’s about attention, sincere conversation, warmth, and spiritual support. Every visit reminds us that doing good doesn’t always require something grand. Sometimes, it simply means showing up.

Thank you to our partners at HopeFull, all our volunteers, and everyone who helps us continue this mission. Together, we bring warmth right where it is needed most. ❤️

On Defenders and Defendresses Day, we had the profound honor of taking part in a very special event for the families of those who have given everything for Ukraine.

A Ukrainian NGO, founded by the wives of fallen defenders, organized a beautiful theater performance in Lviv for around 500 children of fallen and active defenders. We were invited to be there on the ground to treat every single child to fresh, hot pizza! 🍕❤️

In the middle of such a heavy and painful context, seeing these children smile, laugh, and simply get to be kids meant the world to us. Moments like this remind us why warmth, community, and simple joys are so vital during war.

We are deeply grateful to the organizers for letting us share in this emotional day, and to everyone who supports HopeFull—allowing us to bring a little extra light to these incredible children. 💚❤️

We love when a single stop allows us to support an entire community across so many different levels.

This Saturday, the HopeFull team visited the Yarychiv community—about 40 km outside Lviv. Yarychiv holds a special place in our hearts: it’s where our pizza supply is stored, and we are so grateful for the local support that keeps our missions moving! 🙏

During our visit, we were able to reach people across the community:

🍕 Local Festival: Fresh, hot pizza for the children and families celebrating together.

🏥 Hospital & Nursing Home: Deliveries of warm meals to patients in the palliative care ward and residents in elderly care.

📦 Direct Family Relief: Distribution of food packages, essential medicines, and hot pizza to families raising children with disabilities (including Down syndrome and autism), many of whom traveled from surrounding rural villages.

Seeing the joy a hot slice and a care package brings to these families makes every kilometer worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone in Yarychiv and to our incredible HopeFull community for making these comprehensive relief runs possible! 💚❤️

3 missions, 700 slices, and one giant week in Lviv! 🍕🇺🇦

It’s been a non-stop week for the HopeFull team—we fired up the pizza ovens three separate times!

Yesterday, at the invitation of the Lviv city administration, we set up right in the heart of historic Lviv. We served between 600 and 700 hot, fresh pizzas alongside cold lemonade to local families, children, adults with disabilities, and military service members who joined us throughout the day. 💙💛

Events like this remind us of the power of a simple, warm meal to bring people together, offer comfort, and honor those who serve.

Behind the scenes, our trusty pizza truck, Gazza, took a bit of a beating from the heavy driving schedule and developed a coolant leak. The team is already working hard on repairs to get Gazza back on the road for our next stop! 🛠️🚚

A huge thank you to the Lviv city administration for hosting us, and to every single person who came by for a slice, a smile, and a moment of community.

Honoring Heroes, Supporting Communities ⚽️🇺🇦

Recently, the HopeFull team was honored to take part in a special football tournament in the village of Holyn, held in memory of fallen Ukrainian defender Vasyl Zavadeskyi.

Organized alongside Vasyl’s family, this annual event is lovingly led by his mother. For years, she has brought together neighbors, players, and families to keep her son’s memory alive through the power of sport, unity, and shared grief turned into community strength.

As local teams played, our HopeFull food truck crew was on site serving fresh, hot pizza to players, families, and supporters throughout the day. 🍕

It was a privilege to stand alongside the people of Holyn to support this tribute.

We remember. We honor. We support. 🇺🇦

The gift of warmth.We are here advocating for the lives of innocent animals who are about to face the brutal winter months in Ukraine. ❄️🐾

As the conflict continues to damage critical energy infrastructure, local animal shelters are being plunged into darkness and freezing sub-zero temperatures. Our incredible shelter friends dedicate their lives to providing comfort under the most harrowing conditions. But they cannot fight the winter alone.
