Moyen is a community interest company, which was established to carry out activities providing bespoke enterprise and development support to community based organisations. Jim develops the work on behalf of Moyen and has over 35 years development and management experience in the third sector in a paid and voluntary role. Jim is supported by Caluna who shares her expertise in financial management a
nd Laurie who remains a development worker for a NGO. Support and guidance has been given by Professor Geoff Whittam of Glasgow Caledonian University. We blend our development team through our network of like-minded professionals who have a variety of skills and experience. Jim is experienced in collaborating in high performance policy and research teams as well as facilitating research work involving multiple partners from various disciplines and experiences. We take a rights based approach to our work. We encourage our clients to become co producers to ensure their active participation in the decision making throughout the project. Key to our success is the quality of information we produce, this enables people to reach well thought through conclusions and focused action plans.
