On Saturday, some of our members joined other clubs from around Co. Down for a social picnic row on Strangford Lough. 🚣‍♀️☀️

We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the day. A big thank you to Dundrum for organising such a lovely event — it was very much enjoyed by us all! 👏🏻🥂

🚣 What a weekend at the Strangford Lough Skiffie Festival! 🌊

A huge congratulations to everyone who competed, volunteered, and helped make this year's festival such a success. It was fantastic to see so many crews taking to the water and some incredibly close racing throughout the event.

We're proud that Smart Tempus was once again trusted to manage the event, helping organisers with entries, heats to finals progression, timing, and live results to keep everything running smoothly.

Thank you to the organisers for choosing Smart Tempus, and congratulations to all the winners and every crew that took part. We hope everyone had a brilliant weekend, and we look forward to seeing you all again at the next event!

The weather gods were kind to us this year at Skiffie Fest but we had our trusty gazebo to keep us shaded. Thank you Margaret's Cottage B & B, your support, the gazebo has been invaluable!

And that’s a wrap on Skiffie Festival 2026, and what a weekend it was. Congratulations to all the organisers and volunteers, thank you.
And to all the members of our big little club, you were outstanding. Every ounce of effort got us to our best finish ever, 2nd place! You’re all brilliant.
