We’re excited to share our updated Summer Camp programme!

Due to changes in availability and bookings, our Summer Camp will now run from Tuesday to Friday. Please note that Monday sessions will no longer be available.

We are looking for an experienced and organised Cook in Charge to oversee all aspects of catering at Ardentinny Outdoor Centre.

The role involves catering for visiting school groups during the week and supporting a more varied and sometimes demanding weekend service. Weekend hours are compensated through time off in lieu or paid at the standard hourly rate.

Responsibilities include:

• Meal preparation and service
• Cook Safe record keeping
• Budget management and portion control
• Ensuring all dietary requirements are safely met
• Maintaining high standards of food safety

Routine Hours:

• Monday: 10am-2pm & 4pm-7pm (Or 10am-7pm)
• Tuesday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
• Wednesday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
• Thursday: 7am-11am & 4pm-7pm
• Friday: 7am-11am

Attention to detail, good organisational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent catering are essential.

Adventure, campfires, water activities, and stunning west coast scenery, our Argyll outdoor centre still has limited summer availability for group stays and activity holidays.

Summer Adventure Days are here!! ☀️

Looking for something fun, active, and outdoors for the kids this summer? Join us at Ardentinny Outdoor Centre for action-packed summer adventure sessions running from the 13th - 17th July!

Children aged 8+ can enjoy a full day of outdoor activities such as:

• Climbing & Abseiling
• Rockhopping
• Archery
• Team challenges
• Water activities

Price: £48 per day. You can attend as many days as you would like.

Bus pick-up available from the Coal Pier at 9am, returning for 5pm.
