Autumn Star Quilt building… Life’s been a bit busy of late and it’s been a little while since a quilt was in the making… 😁

One of the sponsors of the Great Angus Sewing Bee Challenge was Keptie Quilters. They are a small group who meet every 3 weeks and jointly make quilts for Quilts for Care leavers (Q4CL). They have available spaces for anyone who would like to join them and get involved. They meet every 3rd Thursday, 10.30 - 12.30 at the Scout Hall in Arbroath (next meeting 5th Feb). It costs £15 per session to cover cost of Hall hire, sending the quilts to be completed and handed out, and cost of fabric for the quilt. Tea, coffee and biscuits available with a good chat and the learning and sharing of new quilting skills.
