✨ A very exciting milestone for Lightwork ✨
We’re incredibly proud to share that our wonderful CEO Kerry will be presenting a fascinating case study at the European Society for Trauma & Dissociation’s 10th Annual Congress in Lisbon this October.
The presentation will share a remarkable therapeutic journey, made possible by the courage and generosity of a client who has given permission for his story to be shared, a story which may even one day become a book!
At Lightwork, we know that meaningful therapeutic work doesn’t happen in isolation. We’re incredibly grateful for the wonderful Brainspotting community and, in particular, the support, mentorship and supervision of Dr Mark Grixti and Dr Monika Gos. We’re also grateful to Aideen Gildea for the collaboration that helped build the academic confidence to step into this space.
Standing up to share this work with an international community of trauma specialists is a big step, and one we’re hugely proud of.
Above all, we recognise what a privilege it is to be trusted with someone’s story. Being given the opportunity to share that story, learn from others and contribute to conversations around trauma and healing is something we don’t take lightly.
Here’s to stepping outside our comfort zones, staying curious, continuing to learn, and bringing what we learn back into the work we do at Lightwork.
