💚Thank You! 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Elmfest such a fantastic success.

Thank you to all the families who came along, everyone who donated prizes and baking, and all the staff, parents and volunteers who gave up their time to help before and during the event.

Special thanks to:

🎵 Bob Hollis for providing the entertainment and giving up his time to perform for us

🥖 T.A.Francis & Son for generously donating the rolls

🎟️ The Annan High Street Committee for donating vouchers that were put towards burgers and prizes

🚓 The Police, Coastguard and Blood Bikes for joining us and helping make the evening so special

🚜 Lloyd Dumfries for allowing us to borrow a tractor for the children to explore

🍦 Phil’s Ices for keeping everyone cool with delicious ice cream

🎡 Potts Amusements for the fantastic rides

⚽ Shay and Greg from Annan Athletic FC for running Beat the Goalie

Elmfest will be cash only, so please remember to bring cash and, if possible, plenty of change.

☀️ Just one day to go until Elmfest! ☀️

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. A reminder that new P1s and their families are very welcome too!

Any donations for the baking stall can be brought to school tomorrow morning or at the start of the event. With warm weather forecast, we’d especially appreciate cakes and bakes that won’t melt too easily in the heat!

Water and diluting juice will be available, so please bring water bottles with you. You may also want to bring camping chairs or picnic blankets.

Any last-minute volunteers would be very welcome along with any bottle or tombola donations.

Thanks to everyone who has supported Elmfest so far, we can’t wait to see you tomorrow 💚💛

Elmfest is almost here and it looks like the weather might be on our side! ☀️ 🤞

We have plenty to look forward to:

🎵 Live music from Bob Hollis
🎡 Rides
🎟️ Tombola and bottle stall
🎯 Games and activities
🍔 Burgers (£3)
🌭 Hot dogs (£2)
🍭 Tuck shop
🍦 Ice cream van

We’re still looking for donations of tombola prizes and bottles and volunteers to help out on the day (even if only for a short time)
