We’re looking to grow our amazing team of volunteers and we’d love to hear from you! 💜

We currently have opportunities for:

⚜️ Scout Section Lead
🤝 Section Support
💡 And most importantly… anyone who has skills, experience, ideas or wisdom to share!

You don’t need to be a Scout expert, wear a uniform or know your knots! Whether you can give a little time, share your professional skills, help behind the scenes or take on a bigger role, there’s a place for you in our team.

Together, we can continue giving the young people of Angmering the adventures, skills and experiences they deserve. 🌳🔥🏕️

🏃‍♂️ Fancy helping the 1st Arundel Scout Group? 🏕️

Why not come and support us at our 10K Run on Sunday 30th August 2026! 🎉

It’s a fantastic event set in the beautiful surroundings of Arundel Park, with some truly spectacular views. Runners will even get the chance to head over the drawbridge and into the Castle quadrangle! 🏰

We’re looking for volunteers to help us make the day a huge success. Whether you can spare a few hours or the whole day, your support would be hugely appreciated and will help us continue providing great adventures and opportunities for our young people.

🌟 Adventure. Challenge. Friendship. Memories to last a lifetime. 🌟

☀️This year’s Summer Camp saw 1st Angmering and 4th Littlehampton Scout Group join forces for an unforgettable week of adventure at Cricket Camp, Bursledon – and what a week it was!🕶️

🏝️Our Scouts threw themselves into an action-packed programme that included a guided visit to the birthplace of Scouting on Brownsea Island, a night walk along the River Hamble, laser tag, frisbee golf (right up until it was too dark to see!), New Forest treasure trails, Splashdown water flumes, go-karting, archery, paracording and even an evening off from camp cooking to enjoy a meal out together.

⛵️One of the biggest highlights was an epic trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft to take on the legendary IOW Monopoly Challenge. Travelling across the island by bus, teams raced to visit as many locations as possible, completing challenges and capturing plenty of selfies along the way!

🏕️Back at camp, evenings were spent around campfires with Scouts from other groups, sharing stories, singing songs and enjoying plenty of s’mores. These are the moments that truly capture the magic of Scouting—bringing young people together, building confidence, creating lifelong friendships and giving everyone a Place To Belong.

🏕️None of this would be possible without our incredible volunteers. A massive thank you to every leader and volunteer from both groups who gave their time, energy and enthusiasm to make this amazing week happen. And a very special thank you to Jo, whose months of planning, organisation and dedication turned this adventure into a reality. 🎯

⚜️Here’s to another incredible Summer Camp and many more adventures to come. Skills for life, memories forever!

Our close friends in Petworth are working hard to modernise there buildings. If anyone can support them please do and share far and wide. We use the HQ and grounds regularly as we simply love there site.

The Cubs have settled into Summer Camp in Horsham and are already having an amazing time! 🏕️

They’ve got a fantastic weekend ahead, packed with adventure, new skills, exciting activities and plenty of fun. We can’t wait to see all the memories they’ll make together!

A huge thank you goes to Amber for all the hard work, planning, and dedication she’s put into making this camp happen. It simply wouldn’t be possible without her and the incredible team of volunteers who have given up their time to create such a fantastic experience for our young people.

Thank you to every single volunteer for everything you do. We hope you all have a brilliant weekend full of adventure, laughter, and lifelong memories.

For the first time in many years, our Scouts are heading off to summer camp with some company! 🌲🏕️

We're delighted to be joined by 4th Littlehampton Scout Group for what promises to be an unforgettable week in Bursledon.

A huge thank you to Jo and the team for making this happen and for giving up a week of their time to create incredible experiences for our young people. It's about so much more than – it's about friendship, adventure and creating a true . ⚜️🏕️
