THRUXTON FIREWORKS…

30/09/2026

Tell me you’re planning events without telling me your planning events!!
A days holiday means locking myself away at the library with a laptop, iPad and trusted notepad!
Three big events coming up means lots of prep from insurance checks, risk assessments, event management plans, volunteer management and so much more.
On top of that, and hoping for 2, maybe even 3, new things in 2027!!
All very exciting but all so very time consuming with admin and red tape!!

There are lots or worthy displays, but this is what we have on offer…

THRUXTON FIREWORKS

The Firework Festival is BACK!!
After an incredible return of this much loved event to Thruxton last year, this time around we return, bigger, brighter and better.
But please be warned, we have a limited number of tickets to sell. We have taken the 3,000 that attended last year and increased the capacity a little to make sure the event remains safe and family friendly.
This year you get Fun Fair, Technicolor Tractor Trail, Lighting of the Bonfire, 2 DJ sets from the almost world famous Disco Dion, market stalls, hot food, hot pudding and one of the biggest firework displays in the area provided by the International Award Winning Smart Pyrotechnics.
What more do you need to know? Oh yeah, EVERY PENNY OF PROFIT IS GOING TO CHARITY!!
Thruxton make NO money here.
Andover Community Events make NO money here.
Andover Food Bank gets it all.

I may be just a little biased, but this is in my opinion the best display within a very short distance, and all for a very good cause!!
Come and join us:

Thruxton Fireworks

And we are off!!
Tickets are now on sale as we once again bring Fireworks to Thruxton for its second year. After an incredibly successful night last year with an amazing display provided by the Award Winning Smart Pyrotechnics, we are excited to be back. Disco Dion will once again be providing the vibes and we are planning a few extra additions to make your evening even more memorable.
Please note we are a non-profit set up so EVERY penny of profit will be going to this years great cause, Andover Food Bank.
We hope you’ll come and join us. Scan the QR code or click here for tickets:

So the final post for SoapBox 2026 is to celebrate the total of £8,000 purely made possible by the humbling support of these local companies. Their unwavering community spirit at a time of financial difficulty for some meant we could offer this event FREE to everyone whilst raising funds for Raising Twenty1
We thank them for their support and generosity.
