Tomorrow is your chance to learn skills that could save a life.

To mark Restart a Heart Day, Training In Partnership is offering FREE CPR and Defibrillator Awareness Sessions at their Andover training hub on Friday 16 October.

In just 30 minutes you'll learn how to recognise cardiac arrest, perform adult and child CPR, and understand how to use a defibrillator with confidence. No previous first aid experience is needed.

There are 60 free places available across five sessions between 2.00pm and 5.30pm, with a maximum of 12 people per session.
