So I’m away for the weekend with Fern enjoying some much-needed girly downtime 🥰🐾

Meanwhile, Cub and Mally have been off to a dog show with Diddy, and what a day they’ve had! Mally came home with two 2nd places 🏆🥈 one for Prettiest Bitch and another for Best Behaved Dog!

Six months ago, I honestly never would have imagined Mally being able to earn a place for Best Behaved Dog while surrounded by a whole load of other dogs! 😭🥰 It just shows how incredibly far she’s come with her training.

I’m so, so proud of them both today. 💕 Cub for being brave enough to enter her and Mally for going in there and doing her absolute best.

Cub has been having a bit of a battle with his Chiari headaches recently 😔 They’ve been coming one after another, and the changes in weather and air pressure really seem to affect him.

His balance has been really off too, but Mally has really been stepping up lately. 🥰 She’s been picking up on how he’s feeling all by herself and has started offering herself up for cuddles whenever she can see he’s struggling. It’s so lovely to watch her instinctively know when Cub needs her. ❤️🐾

Yesterday his balance was particularly bad and, in the space of just 20 minutes, he managed to fall off his bike THREE times! 😳 Most of us would probably have admitted defeat and called it a day, but not Cub! He just got himself back up, climbed back on and carried on.

That’s Cub though… no matter how much his body throws at him, giving up just isn’t in his nature. ❤️

And Mally? She’s just quietly making sure he knows she’s there when he needs her. 🥰🐾

I never thought I’d be this excited to see rain… but here we are! 😂 Admittedly, there’s not exactly enough to start building an ark, but I’ll take what I can get!

Isn’t it funny how we spend all summer moaning that we never get a proper summer, then the minute we actually get one we’re desperately begging for rain?! 🌞➡️🌧️

And then when it rains for more than five minutes, we’ll all be moaning about that too! 🤣

Are we ever actually happy with the weather?! I think we just like having something to moan about! 😂
