Please find attached this year’s Fleadh competition timetable.

This year we have seen an increase in entries, which is brilliant to see. However, this has made the timetabling of competitions a significant task. Every effort has been made to avoid clashes where possible. However, due to the scheduling of groups and bands, adjudicator availability and declared conflicts of interest in some competitions, there were limitations on what could be moved.

The timetable has now been finalised and competitions or times cannot be changed at this stage.

Where clashes have been identified, we have scheduled competitions and arranged competitors in an order that should help to minimise disruption. For this reason, it is imperative that competitors play in the order listed in the programme.

A list of identified clashes has also been prepared for adjudicators. However, competitors must still make the call clerk aware if they are due to compete in another competition.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the Fleadh runs as smoothly as possible.
