Don't forget tomorrow is Saturday and that means parkrun! Out roster is full and Brynaman 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer will be joining us.
Come and walk , jog or run with us and enjoy getting some fresh air. Bring family or friends or come on your own....there will be a warm welcome for you and maybe even some mince pies 😄

Our 5kyw ambassadors will be at Brynaman parkrun this Saturday, if you or anyone you know is affected by cancer and you'd like to join us to walk, jog, run or volunteer please come along. Everyone is welcome, whatever your ability.

This Saturday we are supporting Macmillan Coffee morning at Brynaman parkrun. We are encouraging everyone to wear green 💚....and also yellow for Childhood Cancer Awareness month - so feel free to wear green & yellow if you like, oh and why not add in a dash of blue for our 5kyw too 💚💛💙
We will have cakes available at parkrun and qr codes for making an online donation to Macmillan Cancer Support.
As always there is no expectation for people to donate and you will be more than welcome to a cake regardless of whether you donate or not.

Come and join us this Saturday at Brynaman parkrun , meet at 8.50am for a 9am start. You can walk, jog, run or volunteer.
We have lots of walkers at Brynaman parkrun and you don't need to worry if you can't walk the whole distance - do as much or as little as you like.
