Thank you to all our supporters and followers. For all the likes, hearts and positive messages. Your support has been fantastic and we truly appreciate it.

We need your support, positivity and help.

As most of you know we are a registered charity and we fundraise to allow our athletes to gain experiences both sporting and socially.

Our fantastic athletes and families are up for a brand new fundraising challenge. Set by one of our athlete ambassadors. We have athletes attending the Special Olympics National Games in Birmingham in August and we would like to raise funds in order to support the athletes to get there.

We will be virtually cycling and walking from Llandybie to London all 203 miles!

If you feel you can support us in anyway please send us a message or email us at [email protected].
Please do share our post and page with family and friends.

What a brilliant busy sesson tonight!

Firstly our fantastic athletes had a great discussion deciding together what was a healthy and an unhealthy choice, we learnt what fruits were good for our blood, heart, eyes, brains and healing etc.
We learnt why we do a warm ups and cool downs.
Then the athletes moved on to cricket skills and playing a brilliant game of cricket followed by a high energy dodgeball. We even tried the floor cycles....Big News coming soon about our cycle/walk challenge!
All the athletes had a bag of fruit to take home courtesy of Tesco Ammanford a big thank you Steve at Tesco.
