We were delighted to welcome some very special guests who popped in for a cuppa and a good chat with everyone at the Swansea City Football Club Mental Health Hub earlier today:

🌟 High Sheriff of West Glamorgan, Emrys Elias OBE
⚽ Former Swansea City & Wales footballer, Shaun MacDonald
πŸ“Ί Fiona Hughes, star of the BBC's The Traitors

It means the world to us when people take the time to show their support for mental health and wellbeing in our community.

Conversations like these help break down stigma and remind us all that it really is okay to talk. πŸ’š

The weekly hub is here every Friday at the Swansea . com stadium, offering instant, free support with mental health, housing, finance and training - no barriers, no judgement, just help when you need it.

If you or someone you know could benefit from a visit, we'd love to see you. Come along, have a brew, and let's talk. β˜•

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone at the Alex Evans Memorial Touch Rugby Tournament at Cwmllynfell Rugby Club last Saturday, we are thrilled to announce that together we raised an amazing Β£610 for the Jac Lewis Foundation. Every single penny will go towards supporting mental health and wellbeing across local communities, and it will make a real difference to so many lives. πŸ’š

A huge congratulations to the Cwmllynfell Ladies Team who took home the winners' trophy - what a fantastic performance! πŸ†

Thank you to everyone who came along, took part, donated, volunteered, and helped make the day such a success despite the rain! Events like this are only possible because of the warmth and kindness of our wonderful community πŸ™

This is what it's all about πŸ’šπŸ…

Arms linked, together, across the finish line - and we couldn't be more proud of every single one of them.

They ran for everyone who has ever struggled in silence. They ran to show that asking for help is a sign of strength. And they crossed that finish line the same way they ran - together.

To all of our incredible runners - thank you. From the bottom of our hearts πŸ’š

We are so incredibly proud to share that Jonathan Bevan, brothers Cerith and Ifan Morgan, Jonathan Young, Lisa Zahra and Helen Johnston have all successfully completed the Swansea Half Marathon - and they smashed it! πŸ™ŒπŸ’š

Not only did every single one of them cross that finish line, but together they have raised thousands of pounds for the Jac Lewis Foundation and helped spread such important awareness of mental health and wellbeing across our communities. That is truly something special.

Every step of those 13.1 miles was taken for something that really matters - breaking down the stigma around mental health and helping to make sure that no one in our communities ever has to face their struggles alone.

To everyone who donated, shared, cheered them on, or simply took a moment to think about mental health this weekend - thank you too. Every bit of support makes a difference.

If you'd still like to make a donation, it's not too late:
