Are you friendly, organised and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Cardiac Health, supporting people to improve their heart health, fitness and wellbeing.
📍 Location: Cardiac Health, Chawton Park Road, Alton, GU34 1RQ
🕒 Hours:
Wednesday: 5.45pm - 8.15pm
Thursday: 4.45pm - 7.15pm
Saturday: 7.45am - 11.45am

As our Receptionist, you'll:
💙 Welcome exercisers and visitors
💙 Manage bookings and appointments
💙 Handle phone and email enquiries
💙 Process payments and donations
💙 Maintain records using our database systems
💙 Support the smooth day-to-day running of our busy exercise gym
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
✔ Experience in a customer-facing role
✔ A positive, solution-focused attitude
✔ Empathy and understanding when working with people living with health conditions
