We’re delighted to announce that our counselling service has received support from The National Lottery Community Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we can continue offering safe, professional, and low‑cost counselling to individuals and families across our community. This funding will help us reach more people, reduce barriers to support, and improve emotional wellbeing for those who need it most. Thank you for being part of our journey!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our runners last Sunday at the Alton 10 run. Congratulations Jenny and Tara, we are incredibly grateful to these two for taking on the challenge and proudly representing our charity. Their dedication, energy and commitment helped raised vital funds and awareness for the work that we do.
