We are so grateful for the amazing fundraising efforts that have raised over £2,000 for us here at the Pottergate Centre - what a fantastic achievement!

These funds are already being used, and will continue to be used, to directly benefit our Service Users, helping us provide opportunities, resources and experiences that make a real difference.

We truly appreciate your kindness, generosity and support - it means so much to us all.

What a fantastic day we had on Saturday at the Alnwick Spring Show! 🥁🌸

Our amazing Rhythm Stix drumming group put on a brilliant performance and had an absolute blast entertaining the crowd. The energy, enthusiasm, and teamwork on display made us all incredibly proud!

A big shoutout as well to our wonderful Service Users and Staff who did a fantastic job running the Pottergate Pantry pop-up café throughout the event - your hard work and friendly smiles didn’t go unnoticed ☕💛

Thank you to everyone who came along to support us - we had such a great time!

🌺Well, it's that time of year again! Busy busy!
⭐Thanks to our friends at Hobberlaw Plants we have been to collect our plant plugs.
💮We will spend the next few days hard at work, planting up over 900 tiny plugs in preparation to grow them on for our (award winning🤞) hanging baskets.

🧦💙 World Down Syndrome Day at the Pottergate Centre 💙🧦

On Friday 20th March, we’ll be celebrating World Down Syndrome Day by taking part in Lots of Socks Day!

We’re inviting everyone to join us by wearing their brightest, boldest and most mismatched socks 🧦✨ It’s a fun and simple way to raise awareness and show support 💛

Our service users and staff are really looking forward to getting involved, and we can’t wait to see all the fantastic socks on display!

📚✨ A Week Full of Stories, Music and Smiles at the Pottergate Centre! ✨📚

We’ve had a fantastic week here at the Pottergate Centre thanks to the wonderful support of Alnwick Story Fest.

Alnwick Story Fest kindly arranged two Silent Discos, delivered with the help of The Accidental Bookshop, and our service users had an amazing time dancing, listening to music and enjoying the experience together 🎧🕺

Yesterday we were also joined by two volunteers from Alnwick Story Fest who ran a brilliant interactive storytelling session. Our service users loved getting involved, using their imaginations and bringing the story to life. It was such a fun and engaging activity for everyone!

A huge thank you to Alnwick Story Fest and The Accidental Bookshop for making this week so special for us. Your support means so much and helped create some wonderful memories for our service users 💙

🌸🐣 Easter Coffee Afternoon at the Pottergate Centre! 🐣🌸

We’re busy preparing for our Easter Coffee Afternoon on Thursday 2nd April from 1:30pm ☕🍰

Our fantastic service users have been creating beautiful decorations and posters, and we can’t wait to share them with you! 🌼✨

We’re also looking for donations for our Raffle and Bottle Tombola - anything from Champagne to Tomato Ketchup is welcome! 🥂🍅

All money raised will go into our Social Amenity Fund, helping to support activities and opportunities for our service users throughout the year 💛

If you’d like to donate, please pop into the Centre. We look forward to seeing you there!
