Patient Transport Driver
Patient Transport Driver required for busy Community Transport Organisation.
6 Month contract with the potential for permanent contract.
Shift Pattern -
Mon & Tues AM Shift 0530 - 1330, Wednesday Off,
Thurs & Fri PM Shift 1530 - 2230.
Vehicle is based at Pegswood
Job details - Transportation for Dialysis, Hospital appointments and discharges, Wheel chair handling. Collection of patients/passengers from Home, Care Home and Hospitals within the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham areas.
Full PPE will be provided.
MiDAS, First Aid, IPC (Infection Prevention and Control), Wheel chair handling certificates are desirable but full training will be given.
Driving Licence must state category D or D1 Code.
A DBS will be required but this will be arranged and paid for by NEED Ltd.
£12.45 per hour with 20 days holiday entitlement and day off in lieu for bank holidays.
