Just a reminder that our Repair Café is on tomorrow at the Seaboard Centre in Balintore.

It’s free to attend, and you can bring along items that need a little TLC, from small household items to electricals, and we’ll see what we can repair.

Donations are welcome, but there’s no charge to attend.

We’re currently looking for people to join the team in two important roles supporting communities across the Highlands and Moray.

♻️ Driver - Recycling Operative (7.5 Tonne)
Helping deliver electrical recycling collections, reuse operations and waste processing across the region. 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday, overtime may be available.

🔧 Handyperson
Supporting older and vulnerable people with small repairs, maintenance works and minor adaptations within their homes. £28, 671 per annum, 35 hrs per week, Monday - Friday.

Our Domestic Electrical Recycling Collection Service is back this June.

In partnership with The Highland Council, bringing responsible recycling to your community.

We’ll be visiting multiple locations this month to collect electrical items with a plug, cable, or household battery – working or broken. (No vapes or disposable vapes, please.)

Collection times: 11AM - 1PM

Collections include large domestic appliances, such as washing machines, not just small items, but they must be household not commercial.

If you need a replacement appliance
shop online and get FREE delivery to your local pick-up point on the day of the collection.

Please note:
Ensure you have a suitable vehicle at the collection point – large appliances should not be transported on their side.
Highland Council is not associated with our retail shop.
