We will be closed this Saturday morning due to Sam attending a running event and me attending a drumming event, happy days. But we will be open on Friday as usual and working in the garden in the Saturday afternoon session from 1 til 4. Please get in touch if you want to come and help out 🌱

Sometimes we get some feedback which makes it all worth it. Yesterday, we were sent these photos from the grandma of one of the Green Fingers children. Eli took home a runner bean and a sunflower that he planted as seed in a pot, a tiny tomato and a tiny crystal lemon cucumber plant. Here they are after being lovingly looked after looking very healthy indeed! Well done Ely!! We are very impressed 👏

Happy Summer Solstice everyone! ☀️

Ahh, what a fantastic afternoon it was yesterday.
Thanks so much to everyone who came along to celebrate 10 years of Higher Ground with us, the weather was gorgeous, everyone got stuck into crown making and leatherwork and the snail race was nail biting stuff!! Shion's tiny wee rapid racer getting pipped at the post by Bel's late, larger contender!

Fruit punch, bucks fizz, herbal teas and music from Higher Sound made it feel so happy and relaxed. Ginny out-did herself making the most spectacular garden themed 10th birthday cake (see pics) complete with tiny figurines of Sam, me Jenny and Karen in the veg beds.

We hope that everyone had a chance to look around the garden too. Massive thanks to Jackie, Phil, and Ginny for giving up so much of your time to help organise this and as usual to those who brought delicious cakes.

Here's to another ten years!
