Another successful Self Defence Workshop!

We had excellent feedback from the 2nd Self-Defence Workshop conducted by Master Dhaliwal.

Mr Dhaliwal explained that street self-defence is not about "clean and sanitised methods" but understanding the brutal reality we may face and responding with appropriate force.

Each participant had the invaluable experience of partnering with a Blackbelt grade, simulating real-life street scenarios. This training experience was a real eye-opener, highlighting the critical importance and practical value of self-defence skills.

Thank you to all instructors who took part and helped this event to be such a success.

Yesterday evening concluded the Alfreton Tetsudo Core Challenge. For working so hard, special certificates were awarded.
