Exciting News! SCVG and Stonebroom Haf are Joining Forces!

Hey everyone!

Some of you may already know about the exciting new group in our village: Stonebroom Community Hub for Outdoor and Occupational Learning! They're all about woodland activities, an animal park, and so much more.

Well, we have even MORE exciting news! SCVG and Stonebroom Haf are joining forces to become one big, happy family: Stonebroom Community Haf! (We thought the name fit perfectly! 😀)

This is fantastic news because it means we can do even more for our community. By combining our resources and skills, we'll be able to reach more people and make a bigger impact. Think of it as two great teams joining up to create an all-star squad!

We're really looking forward to this new chapter and can't wait to see what we can achieve together. Stay tuned for updates and get ready to be part of Stonebroom Community Haf!

HARROGATE BUS TRIP UPDATE

In light of the forecast tomorrow we have been in touch with the bus company, they are happy to keep the booking and see no reason to cancel.

We totally understand if people personally do not want to head out, but unfortunately we can not offer a refund as the bus will still need to be paid for.

Well what a Spooktacular time we’ve had in the woods!! 👻🎃🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛

THANK YOU to everyone who helped make it happen and came out and supported us, generously donating £861 towards the Animal Park, you are all amazing! 👏🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛

Also a big thank you to Chris and Sam who grew pumpkins for people to carve, just look at the awesome top 3 entries! 🎃🎃🎃

We have been busy in Stonebroom Woods today setting up for the Spooktacular woodland walk on Tuesday and Wednesday!👻👻👻
Come along from 5.30 to see it all lit up, the friendly woodland witch may also be in residence!🧙‍♀️🐈‍⬛
There will be tasty trick or treats to try, so don’t forget your spare change to have a go! 🎃
