HONOURING YOUNG FAMILIES 👣

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and caring for young children are profound acts of love that require immense energy, patience, and nourishment.

At Medicine, we want young families to feel welcomed, supported, and cared for by the wider community.

It takes a village.

To help make festival life a little easier, the Medicine Café and all food vendors on site will offer priority queue access for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, as well as parents and caregivers with children under six years old.

When young ones are hungry, tired, or needing attention, waiting in long queues can be challenging. May this small gesture help you access nourishment when you need it most.

Exclusively at the Medicine Café (stewarded by Alev Mizrahi Alev Mizrahi ◈ Nomadic Birth Doula ) pregnant and breastfeeding mothers can also request a complimentary ✨ Mumma Portion ✨ - a slightly larger serving of whatever you order, at no extra cost.

Simply ask for a ‘Mumma Portion’, and we’ll add a little extra nourishment, prepared with care and love.

May this village raise the child of tomorrow with care and presence. This is one small way we can embody that village together.

With love,

The Medicine Festival Team

Welcoming to Medicine 2026 🌿🎼

A pioneering voice, Charlotte Church is a world-renowned musician, sound ceremonialist and visionary whose work explores the transformative power of voice, creativity and human connection. After a remarkable career spanning more than 25 years and over 10 million records sold worldwide, Charlotte has devoted her focus to creating experiences that move past performance and into the fields of ceremony and collective transformation.

Drawing upon vocal mastery and ancient wisdom traditions her work encourages people to explore their own authentic expression. Through sound journeys and collaborative vocal improvisation, she creates spaces where voice becomes a pathway to powerful remembrance.

In 2019, Charlotte founded The Awen Project, a nature-based democratic education model, and in 2022 opened The Dreaming in Wales - a retreat and gathering space that embodies her vision for healing, creativity and reconnection with the natural world.

BLESSED SOLSTICE 𖤓

May this Solstice bring clarity to what is ripening, courage for what is changing, and gratitude for all that sustains life.

May we bend our care in a thousand directions - like the sun - like love.

It is important to acknowledge the importance of celebrating light and the fullness of life in a moment of profound global destruction: with wars and ecological collapse unfolding around us. There is great power in anchoring light within ourselves, our daily lives, and our relationships. It becomes a kind of inner anchor: not to turn away from darkness, but to meet it with resilience, clarity, and compassion.

The deeper we attune to the rhythms and cycles of the natural world, the more we are moved to protect and defend it. This connection becomes the foundation of responsibility, reverence, and action.

Let us discover what becomes possible when we fully meet this seasonal portal with presence and open ourselves to what it may awaken in us.

A thousand blessings to you Medicine family. May this be a gentle reminder to tune in with this threshold in your own magnificent way.

Welcoming Mantravine l Ethnic Fusion Music to Medicine 2026 🌏🎶

Mantravine is a Neo-Ethnic Fusion band from Singapore, practising a type of alternative world-making. Through their organic sound innovated from contemporary electronic and global rhythms, live instruments, spoken word and vocals, their music gives birth to a new story, rewriting the code which pervades our present existence.

Within this code, sound is the language of the planetary human condition.
Sung into the matrix - a different truth is made to perpetuate itself and new earthly patterns are born. Musical experiences, workshops, healing ceremonies and sound baths are the main ways they build and liberate community through the joy of sound.

Welcoming Faisal Salah back to Medicine 2026 🌙🎶

Faisal Salah, known professionally as FACESOUL, is a Somali-born singer-songwriter and artist based in London. Born in East Africa, he developed a passion for music from a young age - weaving together singing, poetry and storytelling - a form of expression, refuge and connection that continues to shape his work today.

At the age of nineteen, he began travelling the world to perform, carrying a vision of music as both medicine and service. Drawing from his Islamic roots and experiences of diaspora, FACESOUL creates soulful soundscapes that blend minimalist production, layered vocals and introspective songwriting. His music explores themes of healing, meaning, devotion and the human search for belonging.

Through releases including YSRA, A Beautiful Patience and his debut full-length album ARRIVAL, FACESOUL has cultivated a distinctive voice - inviting listeners into spaces of reflection and emotional truth.
