Motivated by the security challenges facing farmers in his community, Laborius Chawara started a fence-making business with the support of the Agricultural Development Trust’s , funded by Embassy of Sweden in Harare.

His venture is about solving problems and creating opportunities. Laborius now earns an impressive $400 per month and has provided jobs for two other young people.

As Laborius himself says, "The CAUSEWAY Project opened doors for me. It’s a dream come true, having my vision turned into reality. I had no source of income and was concerned about my future after I finish college. Now I have a business and have created jobs in my community."
